On the 18th of July this year, I wrote on the reggae phrase, "if you live in a glass house, don't throw stones" This is old and loud. It does NOT require a Degree to understand that every person lives in a glass house and so should not throw stones. Be careful with yourself especially what you say; 'only excess thoughts come out of the mouth'
Not all persons have access to good counsel so when you are walking by a window and you hear someone being counselled, pause and pick a word. That word may guide you in future. Some person who claim to know best and older than Metusala did not see the wisdom in this advice and threw a stone. Sorry, not a stone you say? Okay, you mean he threw stones. No wonder there are so many broken glasses scattered in his compound. hahaha.
'God protects the tailess animal against flies'. In his stone throwing adventure, he displayed so much desperation he missed his target; broke all his glasses, covered his own compound, lost his slippers and can not come out of his room. His target has not thrown a stone. Is his target capable of throwing stones? Does his target live in a glass house? Will he survive stone exchanges? All these questions remain unanswered. Help me find answers to these questions but the most important question is, is that the way to go?
My attention was drawn to one Akoo Tapa on facebook today and the claims that he has bitten more that he can chew and that he has insulted some aspirants from Tapa. He has not done any of the two Tapa aspirants any harm but my worry is his display of cowardice. I do not see how any patriot, and intellect as he wants to portray himself will want to assume a feminine posture and facelessness in order to be able to state his mind. Talk is cheap, talk is free yet talk is rewarding (positive or negative reward). The reason for one not to talk because people are talking but to talk because there is a pressing point. Pressing points are created. It is an art. Art of reasoning. talk and be responsible for your talk.
What i find interesting in Akoo Tapa's contribution on Tapa Nkosuo is the fact that it will be better for Tapa to present one candidate in an NDC primaries, where there are two or more candidates from Tapa, they need to be decorous in their campaign and interaction with party executives. Does anybody need a change of name to state such a brilliant point? Absolutely not. It is good to state such a good point without fear or favour. I have said my bit. It does not pay to be a hypocrite.
At 39 years today, I have a lot up my sleeves to contribute to the growth and development of Biakoye. Posterity will surely judge every man's contribution to the growth or shrink of his society. I shall do what I have to do. No detractors, sycophants and/or hypocrites will stop me. I will not hang my gloves before thinking of my people. It requires a revolution to get the people where they ought to be. "Remember your creator in your youth" sayeth the Bible. I am remembering Biakoye when my service to the people is most needed.
I am prepared to join the stone throwers clean their mess. I have NOT and will NOT throw stones but The scattered broken glasses in their compound will hurt the stone throwers. I have a message for service. Instead of preaching destruction, my key is Matt 7:7. Whoever wants Proverbs 18;6 to apply should get ready.
Service by the youth, with the elderly to the people. What else will anyone expect? POSITIVE MISSION!!!
Join the campaign of the moment, Unity! ideas. MOBILIZATION! masses. POSITIVE MISSION. Be part.
